Abstract: Tractography is a remarkable technique capable of non-invasively reconstructing the structural connections of the brain using diffusion MRI. Starting with a general tour of tractography, this talk will present some of the challenges, and solutions that we have developed during the recent years. As a unique tool for the in-vivo study of connections in the white-matter, our general tractography methods can be used together with EEG, MEG, TMS and DBS. Our latest tractography results for major fiber bundle reconstructions, including the optical radiation and the CSTC network, will also be presented to demonstrate the large domain of tractography applications.
